Best Iron supplement ever!

It's hard to get enough Iron in my diet, so I knew I needed a good supplement. I had to search for a long time, to find one that wouldn't upset my stomach, could be swallowed easily, and had the daily amount I needed. This supplement checks all those boxes, and, also have B vitamins and vitamin C, which is amazing. I'm so happy...thank you!

Like my best 7 iron shot

Easy to swallow, no strange taste. I do feel more energetic after about 2-3 weeks. Definitely recommend.

IRON

So far so good! I can't tell you as of yet of my Ferritin issue has been resolved but I will continue on the path of taking the IRON and see what happens.

The effect was intense.

I took it on an empty stomach and it gave me a pretty intense anxiety. Most likely it was vitamin B complex together with iron because when I take iron in its own (the same on an empty stomach) I don't get same effect. When I take vitamin B on its own, also don't feel much difference. But together seems to work more than I need. I won't be taking those.

Best Iron absorption

I have always been low on iron but have struggled taking iron pills due to constipation issues they always caused. Not so with these Iron pills! The absorption rate is phenomenal plus NO constipation. Great product?worth every penny.

Lasting focus

I eat plenty of lean meats, keeps my mind sharper and I recover best with this. I add this iron supplement first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach, as another layer of protection and for performance. It works well for me, helps me stay highly, highly active and focused.
