Swear by these
I love these pills. I work two jobs and need a little pick me to get through the day. I take 1 when I'm tired and it gets me through my second shift. You never have that crash feeling either.

Cheaper alternatives out there
These energy pills are very big , if you aren?t a pill taker I wouldn?t suggest these . Im a gummy person and decided to give these a chance and the size of pill is very overwhelming for me . I also believe this product is highly overpriced for what it does as I have found other options for under 4$ that surpass this product . I will be returning because of the pill size and the lack of efficiency.

I considered taking 2 pills a day more of a boost,getting threw a long day.Prefer these pills over the energy drinks.

Overall very pleased, when I can find it at an affordable price point.
Overall I?m happy with this product, when I can find it at an affordable price. I don?t take as directed though either. I space out 3-4 one pill doses from 6am-6pm. The added advantage that I?ve found that it seems to also be a goo appetite suppressant. Now I also use caffeine often, so I was looking for another for of energy to help motivate my 52 year old body. I would recommend to others and have. Thank you.

I love this product gives me enough energy through out the the day, no need for coffee every 2 hours and taking this it gives me no jitters or anxiety, no heat racing or crashing which is great and lasts all day long. I order this every month.

It works to me! I just purchased my bottle of Energize this morning. I can tell u I was veryy tired from only 3 hours of sleep, I could feel my sleepiness going away about 30 min after I took it! I started off with two. Like someone said it's not a miracle pill because I have the energy to do things and I'm up! But I can still feel that sleep that I have to catch hanging back there a little! But for the most part it is definitely working! Happy i purchased it!

Best Answer:  That would be way too many.... I drink one each morning and if I really need a big pick me up I might take 2. I have never exceeded 2 pills. Why dont you work slowly and start with one, if you need a bit more pick me up then take 2.

How much caffeine is in a serving?

Best Answer:  The short answer is "I don't know". Apparently they stopped listing it on their new package. I started using this (off and on/ occasionally) a few years ago. At the time I first began using it, I remember thinking a serving had about as much caffeine as a cup of coffee. So I'm guessing it must have listed it at 95-150 mg per serving, but I am not sure. A serving is 2 tabs and it is slow released though. I just use one tablet at a time. It does not give any burst of energy feeling, but allows me to stay awake and alert longer without feeling jittery or wired. Hope this is helpful.

I'm not sure why that would be an issue with this formulation though. The effect is relatively mild.
