      Shake tastes great. Even in just water it is close to a Grasshopper cookie, when mixed in coffee or milk it's even better.
      5g carbs probably helps them create the above, but is still reasonable, and not a lot of terrible ingredients. (Granted I'm not ultra picky or up to date on that part)
      I also like that it uses a Blend of Whey and Casein (and Egg), though I wish it was clearer a % of each.

      Better than whey
      Taste great (the mint chocolate mixed with 8oz of milk is as close to chocolate milk as you're going to get), doesn't have an after taste, and the best part is, it doesn't leave a lingering taste in your shaker bottle.

      Best Answer:  The coffee and donuts flavor has caffeine, and it's clearly labeled on the bag. I don't think any of the other flavors have caffeine.

      Best Answer:  It could be used as a short term meal replacement but does not contain enough calories to fully replace a meal.
      If 2 scoops are mixed with milk it keeps me feeling full for approximately an hour.
