Customers review summary

The Neuro-Mag magnesium supplement appeals to customers seeking calmer nights and sharper cognition. Its threonate formulation and powder or capsule formats are linked to deeper sleep, improved memory, faster thinking, reduced nighttime cramps and a gentler stomach response than some other magnesium forms. A few customers mention a too-sweet powder, loose or broken capsules, or rare stimulant-like effects, yet most say it meaningfully improves sleep and clarity and they continue to take it.
