For relaxing your body and mind, we recommend you put 1-2 cups (8-16 ounces) or more in the bathtub or foot-bath, and then soak for a minimum of 20 minutes. NOTE: The temperature of the magnesium bath should be warm (101° F to 105° F) rather than hot. When you add the flakes to warm (i.e., not hot) bath water, your skin will feel the results more effectively.

Magnesium lotion
I love the magnesium lotion, especially on my feet, as they are very dry and often are stiff and achey. I recently took it with me for my regular pedicure and asked my girl if I could pay extra for a 5-8 minute foot and ankle massage with my lotion. She was happy to do so and I must say, it was worth every penny and the relief lasted over a week. I've gone and done it again with the same results. Disappointed in this company
My magnesium flakes and magnesium spray bottle came in a thin plastic mailer, not wrapped with anything around it. Even worse, the package looked like it was thrown in the dirt and got run over by a truck. I did reach out to the company to let them know and sent them pictures of the package however, I have not gotten a response. I know that it's out of their control once it leaves their warehouse. However, had they packed it in a regular box it would not have come to me in the condition that it did.

Had I known that my items were gonna be mailed out in just a plastic mailer I would've never have ordered from this company. I love their products however I am not going order from them again due to the very poor packaging and the complete lack of response.

Flakes Work?.
First time to use the flakes. I LOVE THEM!!!
I have had neck, shoulder , and back pain, lately. I have soaked in hot water using the flakes. My skin is soft and my muscles are relaxed, afterwards. I plan on having it mailed to me monthly.

Magnesium salts have not been
Magnesium salts have not been available a the store, so I was happy to find them at Life Flow. They are recommended for long fasts by Dr. Jockers, to help one feel better.
Also they are recommended for symptoms of estrogen toxicity.

The description says 4 oz. Really? Isn't it 2.75 oz? Or 44oz?

Does anyone know approximately how many cups are in this size container? I am looking to make a body lotion with it and need one cup each batch. I'd like to find a package that makes at least a couple of batches.

Best Answer:  A cup equals 8 oz. so just divide 44 by 8 which is 5.5 cups.
