It probably helps protect my pancreas, although I avoid toxins to that organ. I can't really tell if it helps. The research that I've reviewed though, is very positive on urolithin A's benefits. I have no side effects.

Works great!
I'm very happy in a short amount of time with the results. I have more energy and clarity. It's pricey so I'm not sure how long I will continue to take it though.

Great product!
I'm very exited about this new Codeage product of mine. I'm quite rigorous in taking supplements, timing, dosage and possible interferences with other supplements I' m taking.
So, please tell me if i can take liposomal urolithin A in the morning, 500 mg, on an empy stomac?
Or can i take it immediately after my usual breakfast consisting in greek yogurt(or kefir) with chia seeds, flex seeds, pumkin seeds, almond butter and berries plus Vit D3+Vit K2-Mk7+ Mg powder?
If i take creatine also after breakfast with a glass of water?
Please advise me!

nice product, great quality, intelligent combination
definitely feel a nice lift in energy and overall well being after using for about 6 weeks and I believe I observe the same in my spouse -plan to reorder.

One Month Down- decent start
To be fair, I've only used this for about a month now, so I don't expect my results to be full swing yet- but, I noticed that I do have more energy during the day and my post workout recovery time seems a bit faster, so I'll try another couple months to see if I notice more changes over time. The energy alone is a nice change. I'll make updates in a few months, but so far I'm feeling optimistic!

Too early
I've been taking the supplement for about a month. I settled on. Codeage because of the liposomal delivery. Urolithin A is produced by the body in the intestines so this delivery system should be the best. Almost all research shows that it takes about 12 weeks to begin seeing results. I will continue using it for at least that period of time and I'm hopeful to see the results.
