Great product!
I'm very exited about this new Codeage product of mine. I'm quite rigorous in taking supplements, timing, dosage and possible interferences with other supplements I' m taking.So, please tell me if i can take liposomal urolithin A in the morning, 500 mg, on an empy stomac?Or can i take it immediately after my usual breakfast consisting in greek yogurt(or kefir) with chia seeds, flex seeds, pumkin seeds, almond butter and berries plus Vit D3+Vit K2-Mk7+ Mg powder?If i take creatine also after breakfast with a glass of water?Please advise me!Thank you!
