Quercetin
I do feel like it's helped my allergies but I've only been taking it a few weeks. I will say the one downside is the taste. I don't mind some of the other ones I've tried, but Quercetin is tough. I definitely need a glass of water to chase it down.

Just try it!
I struggle with histamine issues. I can tell a difference when I get out of the habit of taking Quercetin daily. I my issues are much more manageable thanks to Quercetin.
