Powders are The Bomb

Powders are great especially for those of us who have difficulty swallowing tablets or capsules. I have felt a difference with this brand and strength and type of magnesium, less stressed and healthier in general. It does leave a citrus aftertaste though so be advised it is not tasteless.

Depends on your taste buds
I'd say this is hit or miss depending on your tastebuds. My husband thought it tasted like basically nothing and my first reaction was "oh, yuck!" and my second was "I can't believe you like this. "It did mix and dissolve easily but I used a handheld frother.

I rarely give supplements a 5 star but this one hit all the marks! Lab verified, vegan and GF along with NonGmo status! It's unflavored and can be mixed into any drink! I loved the ease of this.

Like it
This magnesium glycinate is very good. It mix very fast and easy. You can feel like your body relaxes and sleep very good after drinking. Only be aware that you can experiences some digestive looseness the following day. But not that bad. And I think it's depends of the body person. And the flavor is a little citrus but I don't distingue what is.

A new staple
This is a new staple in my house. I like to mix it into my coffee every morning for added health benefits. It dissolves quickly without leaving any grit behind, and its tasteless, so will easily mix into any preferred drink (even water) without detection. I can't wait to start seeing the effects after a few weeks!

Great for relaxation
I was very skeptical about how well this magnesium powder would actually work. I have to say, that I was pleasantly surprised. I mixed it with water and I didn't notice any chalkiness or any weird taste to what I drink. I followed the directions on the packaging and drink this in the evening when I was ready to relax. I noticed that I did feel more relaxed after taking this and I found that I was able to go to sleep a lot easier and my sleep was much deeper than it was previously.
