I will buy this again!
I bought this brand because I needed to resupply for my Bullet Proof Coffee. This brand at the time was buy one, get another at 50% off. The guy who helped knew nothing about MCT oil nor about the product. I took a chance and I am so glad I did! It is truly odorless and tasteless. It is non-gmo and organic which is important with this supplement. Highly recommend this product and I plan to resupply soon, even if it isn't on sale!

Best Answer:  A tablespoon of this MCT—containing 14 g of fat—contains 12 g of medium-chain fatty acids (lauric 4.45 g, caprylic 3.35 g, capric 4.00 g) and 1 g of unsaturated fats (mostly oleic acid).
