Take two (2) tablets daily with a meal and a full glass of water.

Not sure if it is making any difference
I am over halfway through the bottle and I am not sure if there is any effect from this MV or not. I supplement with other herbs as well, looking for that magic bullet. If there is an increase in vitality, it is subtle and I cannot say for sure it would be from this product. Unfortunately, I am not following the scientific method here... too many variables.

Great Product
It actually took a while to feel the effects for the testosterone improvement, but it finally started to happen once I started the second bottle. I should note however that I felt immediate energy once I started taking this product.
