Takes a bit to work, BUT IT WORKS.

I'm not gonna lie, it does take a while. I didn't notice any significant changes till the whole bottle was almost done (about 7 weeks. 180 capsules is a 2 month supply). But when it does work, LAWWDDD does it work. My joints have NEVER felt this bulletproof. I'm a dancer and a bodybuilder, and whenever leg day came around, I'd have to wear T H I C C Rogue knee sleeves just to do normal squats. No longer. I haven't touched my knee sleeves in 5 months despite having hit PR's. I've hit a 5-plate ATG squat pr RAW because of this supplement. I'm on my 3rd bottle, and will not be stopping this, ever. I'm fairly young, so having had previous joint problems at my young age doesn't bode well. But I know I'll be fine with this supplement. Older folks NEED to get their hands on this. Add in Vitamin K2, Zinc, copper, D3, and calcium, and all of your joint problems will go away.

Life changer !

Could not live without. Stiff neck, bad knees, sore back. I go to Chiropractor and use this twice a day ! Now my husband's taking it.... great product....

Fast relief

Only age 47 but I have morning joint stiffness and achy at night and after a workout..so far this product gave me remarkable fast relief in one day and I slept better too. Im not sure what ingredient in it helped.. but it definitely worked for me so far. I will continue because it makes me feel a lot better. Will recommend this to try for sure. I do have the tablets, not chew-able.

Tasted terrible for a chewable

I have a hard time swallowing pills so this brand was suggested because it is a chewable tablet. I was extremely disappointed because it tasted really, really bad. So I cut it in half to swallow it and have problems even swallowing the 2 half pieces. I won't be buying it again.

Knee replacement + bad ankles

Ran out of another brand and tried this. Within 2 days had better mobility and soreness reduced. Was very pleased with results so far and energy has returned!

Best Answer: i have not used the regular strength, but have found some relief (in my knee, not my toe yet) with these pills. i also have to say that i do yoga and my teacher said hip openers can help knees. i also use a homeopathic gel on my knee and toe.
