The one thing I did not want it had, it was very frothy and foamy. I personally prefer more gritty and powder like then airy. The flavors are flavorless and bland. Just was not my thing, as had hoped. Got the chocolate and the vanilla and both have no flavor.

Whats that new texture?
Not sure what happened; been using Isopure dutch chocolate for years and now it won't mix, leaves a gross gritty texture and not sure what those little white specks are? doesn't taste the same. I really loved it because of the low sugar and low carbs in isopure. Now I don't know what I will use?

I loved the macros on this powder- it has such a great value for protein to fat and carbs. Taste is wonderful. The only downside is that it can be hard to mix with a spoon in cold water. Using a frother helped!

Can anyone verify if there is a version of this same product but without soy? The ingredient list on the website doesn't show it, but when I went in to a store and verified it, it showed soy lecithin as an ingredient.

  I use about 8. Sometimes less, but I like mine to taste pretty rich. The more water, the more watery.

  I would use a minimum of 8 oz. I normally use about 10-12 oz. Milk also works great with this as well. Again 10-12 oz.

when do you drink this after or before a workout?

  Everything I have read indicates that a strong dose of Protein after a work out is very beneficial. Having said that, getting your total protein intake daily is big when it comes to building muscle. I have used many different products over the years and find this one is best/good for me. It does contain Whey/lactose as do most protein supplements but I haven't had significant discomfort with that.

  I drink it either right after a workout or wait about 20min. And make a smoothing with the protein when I get home.

Is whey protein better than soy?

  I can only tell you my experience. I find soy to be very hard to digest. I used soy for many years before I changed to Isopure about 10 years ago. Isopure is very tasty and much easier for me to digest. Since it is an isolate, I don't have any problem with lactose intolerance.

  Yes. Men should not eat too much soy due to the estrogen-like ingredient, can lead similar affects if too much is consumed. Isoprene is perfect because it it not only whey, but lactose free which also should be consumed in small portions, or not at all, in my opinion.

  I believe whey protein is superior for my purposes. This was a meal replacement supplement for me and provided good results and better weight management. It's easier to drink with much better flavor and consistency.

  This product is lactose free. I'm lactose intolerant as well. I use it before and after my workouts and have no problems digesting it. I think the increase in protein definitely helps recovery. You have to refuel. This product also contains BCAA and L Glutamine which are great suplements to help with recovery.

  I am very lactose intolerant and this product does not bother me at all. I also use it after i workout. It is very bland though since it uses sucralose in very low quantities.

is this product non - GMO certified?

  I don't know what GMO even is but I do no there is no better product like this out there. Wellness docs, trainers, my primary doc all recommended this product. There is no sugar conversion and to my knowledge there is no other product that can make that claim. I take one scoop before a workout and one within an hour after a workout and it seems to almost eliminate soreness.

  I do not believe this product is GMO certified. I do take it regularly, but do not see anything on the packaging that indicates it is Non-GMO certified, nor does it display the "Non-GMO Project Verified" seal.
