Made it unaffordable
I have been using this protein for over a year now. Absolutely love the protein but they are making it unaffordable for people these days. The gourmet chocolate is 168.00 for the 5lbs jug. When I first started buying this protein it was around 80.00. I don't think any protein is worth 168.00.

Price Gouging at Its Finest
$30 per pound of protein and the cajones to jack up the price for a "BOGO" is price gouging at it's finest. Not surprised considering the latest acquisition by a capital investment group. The cost of protein nowadays is out of control and should not be supported. Get your protein intake elsewhere.

Love flavor but disappointed with new macros
I used to use this flavor and honestly I love how tastes even with water BUT my new tub says 110 calories instead the regular 120 calories before. So, I'm just concerned to which one is NOW (August 2026) the right macros on this powder. Just kinda disappointed with the confusion

Terrible vanilla tast since recent federal changes
This product used to be great, now it is a terrible vanilla flavor after a recent couple batches. It should be removed from the shelves. I was advised this by support after a recent inquiry about the change. . Hello, my name is Dima. I've been lifting for over 2 years now. However, never have I tried to input some protein powder in my routine. I was wondering if Whey powder or Casein powder is the way to go and why? Also, is ISO-100 good and what is the best flavor? I was thinking berry and the original Gourmet Vanilla. What are the flavors you enjoy and recommend in the ISO-100 brand line. Thank you in advance!

  Hello Dima. Whey protein is good for after your workout. It helps with building muscle. The berry flavor is good in my opinion. As well as the chocolate flavor. I'm not a huge vanilla person so I usually stay away. However I did once buy it and tried it and was able to return it and get another flavor. I had only used two scoops. Whey isolate protein is a fast absorbing protein so as I mention it is good to take after your workout. Casein protein is a slow absorbing protein. It is good to take before you go to bed. Your body will slowly absorb it while you are sleeping. Hope this helps.

  Whey protein is definitely the way to go for building muscle. Since whey is absorbed quicker than casein it is recommended before and after workouts. Casein is a slower protein that is best used at bedtime to help feed the muscles while you sleep. Dymatize ISO-100 is my favorite brand of protein due to zero carbs, sugar,lactose and low fat. I tried Gourmet Berry, Banana, Strawberry and Vanilla. I like all flavors, but if I had to pick only one Gourmet Vanilla is my personal favorite.

  It all depends on your goals. Whey isolate is fast to get into the muscle so should be used post workout. Casein is slow digesting so should be used at night before bed to help protect muscle from wasting. There is also protein blends that have slow and fast digestion proteins that are good anytime. Iso-100 was one of the best proteins I've taken and I've tried them all. I usually use vanilla but its totally up to your liking.

  ISO 100 is a very good product. I personally like the berry flavored one the best. I've tried chocolate, cookies and cream, vanilla and berry. My second flavor would be chocolate . Hope you enjoy the product. Sa'Brina

  Hi the best ISO 100 flavor is banana. It's the best tasting protein powder hands down. I mix it with water toss in a banana and some peanut butter. So good! Try it out.

Hey does this taste really artificial like Suger wise?

  No it doesn't. One of the reasons I buy it. It doesn't have the protein taste, nor the artificial sugar taste. I buy the strawberry and the fruity pebbles. The Dunkin Doughnuts I would recommend, it doesn't dissolve like the others.

  IMO it does not taste “overly” artificial. I usually take with unsweetened almond milk and ice and it has good taste and mixes well.

  Since it's a hydrolyzed whey isolate, virtually all lactose has been removed. Most of our clients who have mentioned having lactose intolerance have not had issues with this product at all.
