      Directions

      DIRECTIONS: (Adult) Start with one (1) tablet in the morning and one (1) tablet in the evening. Increase intake by one (1) tablet every other day until you achieve 2-3 formed bowel movements per day. Do not exceed three (3) tablets twice per day. Once you find the correct number of tablets you can continue with that amount for enhanced internal cleansing for up to 30 days. Do not exceed 30 days of continual use of this product. Take only as much product as is needed to achieve 2-3 good bowel movements per day. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water per day.

      Usage Warnings: Do not use if safety seal is broken. Check with your doctor before using this product if you are using medication, including diuretics, heart medications and corticosteroids, or have any medical conditions. Do not use if you have an intestinal obstruction, hemorrhoids or other intestinal disorder. Do not use if you are taking any other product concurrently that has laxative effects. Do not use if you may become pregnant, are pregnant or nursing. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Not intended for use by persons under 18. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Store in a cool, dry place. NOTE: This product is not intended to be used without breaks. Cascara Sagrada belongs to a family of plants containing compounds with laxative effects. Can lead to dehydration and electrolyte loss. With long term use without breaks, this ingredient may interfere with diagnostic imaging procedures of the colon. Taking a break of 30 or more days between use cycles will help maintain natural regularity. Not intended for long-term use. NOTICE: This product contains Cascara Sagrada.       Better life with Super Cleanse!
      I've been taking Super Cleanse for at least 10 years and I honestly don't know what I'd do without it! I suffered from decades of chronic constipation and bloating, bowel movements only 2-3 per week - horrible. Now I take one Super Cleanse tab morning and evening and I'm 100% regular! Seriously, my life is SO much better! I always wondered why the directions say do not take for more than 30 days, and I worried until my gastroenterologist said the ingredients are benign, and okay to continue…

      More than happy.
      I've suffered from a life time of chronic constipation(going 2-3 times/week at best). I am so ecstatic to have found these pills. I have been taking them for about 2 1/2 weeks and have gone everyday, sometimes twice a day since.

      P.S. It took about 1 1/2 days before they started working.

        I have been using this product for several years to
      stay "regular". I only take 2 tablets at a time and it doesn't cause me any problems.

      I would guess that if you took 6 tablets a day you would be
      going to the bathroom quite alot, which would possibly cause you to lose weight, but your body would become dehydrated and you would probaby experience other problems.

      If you want to lose weight there are alot better products out there for that use.

      How long should you take the product? For a certain amount of time or until the bottle runs out?

        Take it until your issue is resolved. If you need help with constipation, start off with a few Supercleanse pills each day- taken at the same time, with lots & lots of water. Try to take them at the same time each day. Drinking lots of fluid if key, of course. Then if it's effective, gradually decrease the number you take each day by 1 pill each day, till your system is normal again. Then you should be able to stop taking them -- until the next time you need them.

        They don't recommend using it for more than 30 days in a row, and this is stated right on the bottle. It is very mild yet effective, and I highly recommend it.

        Just follow the directions on the bottle. Personally I use it daily , just one day with lots of water and aloe juice.
