Best Answer:  I like very much. I take at different times when my immunity is compromised for whatever reason. J am Diabetic so I am always suffering from allergies and so on. It is effective enough to even battle viruses. You don't have to take it every day forever, but when you feel a need for an over the counter help, take 1 a day until you get over the malady.
