Good for lung type infections

GFSE has saved me from some potentially serious health/lung problems. I saw it on a youtube video by a very helpful lady who may not be aware of the enormity of her contribution. Use it if if you're experiencing lung type infections. Mucus buildup etc... I've been taking it now for about 23 years. It works.

Perfect for Candidiasis

Let's face it - it's hard to ignore the temptation of pasta and bread. GSE helps my symptoms stay in check and I'm able to enjoy the pleasures of bad foods. In addition, when I do have dermatitis flare-ups, this product, combined with a topical GSE spray, really lessens the severity and longevity.

Grapefruit seed extract

Prevents UTIs better than Cipro

I have been AMAZED by this product. I found a recommendation for this on a homeopathic site for women who suffer frequent/recurring urinary tract infections. I had the great fortune of finding a doctor who prescribed me low dose Ciprofloxacin for prophylactic use, which spared me the terrible pain and frustration of recurring UTIs, but this works even better than the antibiotic. I feel like I've stumbled onto a miracle. I have experience zero side effects and no infection, not even the discomfort of a twinge, since taking it. Life changing!

Great for fungal infections!

I developed a skin fungal infection. Went to my doctor and was given steroids, antibiotics and cream. It helped but didn't take complete care of my infection. I read about this product so gave it a try. My infection cleared up! I continue to take this product as my fungal infection was caused by handling my pet rats. I continue to handle my pet rats and do not have any more fungal infection!!!

No it does not. The ingredients are grapefruit seed extract, dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, croscarmellose sodium, silicon dioxide, purified water, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, & polyethylene glycol. Does not contain yeast, wheat, gluten,sugar, soy, starch, dairy, fish, animal derivatives, artificial colors or flavors.

I don't know if this answers your question, but I hope that it helps.

How big are the tablets? Can a 7yr old swallow them easily?

The round flat pills are 3/8" thick. With my thyroid disease, I have found that some pills are now too big to swallow. This one was not hard to get down. I should think a 7yo could swallow them if s/he was used to taking pills.

They are about 3/8" diameter. I think it depends on the 7 yrs old. Some adults cannot swallow pills.

I researched this question. For Statins, it said that a person should avoid taking grapefruit or grapefruit seeds while taking statins - that it could be dangerous. I would ask your pharmacist to be sure.
