AMAZING PRODUCT!
I purchased this probiotic for my mother who kept getting recurring yeast infections (at least 2 or 3 terrible ones per year). She has been taking this probiotic for almost a year and has had remarkable results! Infact, she ran out for a week and started to get one!!! While taking this product, she can pretty much do and eat whatever she'd like. I am so happy we tried this for her and we will continue to buy more. Please Vitamin Shoppe - don't stop carrying this!!!!!!!

recurring yeast infection
Wanted to stop this from the inside out- not just fight the symptoms! Tried Candida diet, which helped but when I reintroduced bread/sugar it came back. So, I investigated and found L. rhamnosus (GR-1) and L. reuteri (RC-14)are great for rebalancing yeast infections and the candida- backed up by research! So, I found this ONE probiotic that had them both. I tried it and BAM! I can eat bread, sugar, FRUIT! I have no trouble having a normal, moderation-style diet alongside taking one of these per day. I am reordering these right now!

Best Answer:  Plastic, as are most :-/ But I purchase it because of the variety it contains and the large amount (90 billion) since not all of that actually makes it into the intestines.
