Excellent Multi - completely digested/absorbed

I used this product until I turned 55. Excellent multivitamin, helps me maintain good health and not get sick. I love New Chapter multi's because my body is able to digest them, unlike cheaper wax-bound multi's that my body oftentimes will not digest.

Good quality ingredients.

Good quality ingredients and easy to take. Packaging is sturdy. My husband is taking it and he said he can feel it reducing his stress and increasing his energy. Taste good and easy to swallow as well as just being one a day. Everything a man needs is in this product.

Didn't care for them

Sorry to say I just didn't care for these vitamins. They were hard to swallow and left an after taste and I just didn't like taking them. I'm sure they have good vitamins and healthy things in them but I just couldn't stomach them.

Makes a difference

I obtained these multivitamins for myself to try and be a bit more healthy. I would give 5 stars, but the menthol coating tasted terrible to me. Felt better when taking them, but menthol is not the flavor for me

Best Answer: Go on Amazon and bring this product up. Click on the back of the box image and then roll the cursor over it to enlarge it. It's lengthy to write it all here because there is a cross symbol behind the "E" as many of the other items also have the cross symbol. You can see all the ingredients at Amazon. These vitamins are made from organic foods and herbs so I very confident that it's natural vitamin E. I hope this helps.
