I got this daily multivitamin for my husband, and so far it is a winner! It doesn't have a bad smell, nor does it leave a bad aftertaste (per him or me!). It is easy on digestion. The serving size being only one pill makes it even better! It has riboflavin in it so that serves as quality control to remind him if he did or did not take it , iykyk, lol!??

These multi-vitamins were very well received by the man in my house! The added support for things like prostate, focus and energy were big selling points to him. Unlike his normal daily multi-vitamin, these didn't cause any stomach upset, which he found to be a nice perk!

Best Answer:  Go on Amazon and bring this product up. Click on the back of the box image and then roll the cursor over it to enlarge it. It's lengthy to write it all here because there is a cross symbol behind the "E" as many of the other items also have the cross symbol. You can see all the ingredients at Amazon. These vitamins are made from organic foods and herbs so I very confident that it's natural vitamin E. I hope this helps.
