My boyfriend really liked there vitamins. He was a firm believe that vitamins don't work, so that tells you these make a difference. They didn't give him a tummy ache like some do. He even asked me to reorder them. I'd recommend.

This vitamin includes vitamin A, E, C, D3 and K. Multivitamin for man, 24 tablets for using every day. So not sure after 24 days will effect or not. Just think needs to try more to feel better.

Best Answer:  Go on Amazon and bring this product up. Click on the back of the box image and then roll the cursor over it to enlarge it. It's lengthy to write it all here because there is a cross symbol behind the "E" as many of the other items also have the cross symbol. You can see all the ingredients at Amazon. These vitamins are made from organic foods and herbs so I very confident that it's natural vitamin E. I hope this helps.
