These are the truth
I've loved using this vitamin for 3 months; I've seen a difference, and my hair is growing. I have dyed locs and at the root I have had substantial growth would highly recommend

Color/smell change??
I've been taking these for years, and this is the first bottle where the tablets are yellow instead of dark green. The smell is also "off".New Chapter says they're the same, but I'm not sure how it's possible there wasn't an ingredient change when the look and smell is SO different. The change + the lack of explanation makes me not trust that the quality is still there? Sadly I don't think I'll be buying these anymore.

BEST EVER! Finally a multivitamin that's PERFECT
I haven't felt this good in a LONG time! I'm 51 years old and have taken all sorts of supplements for years. I like that is two per day
While one-a-day vitamins seem to be the most common, I really like that you take 2 of these a day because they very easy to swallow. Previous daily multivitamins which were this well rounded and complete in nutrients were quite large and I found myself not taking them because it was intimidating. These are a easy health action in my day and I will repurchase.

Love New Chapter
I have been using New Chapter vitamins for years now, but I recently switched to this multivitamin because of the hormone balance supplements. It really makes a difference in my mood and I would highly recommend this vitamin.

Would this product replace the one a day or be in addition to it?

Best Answer:  I would assume it would replace One-a-Day but you should compare the ingredients. Since I have not taken OAD, I'm not sure. I use it as a multi-vitamin though appreciate the additional hormonal, digestive & emotional support. Hope that helps!
