I keep these vitamins by my coffee so I don't forget to take them. The best part about them is I can have them with food or on an empty stomach and I never get nauseous. I can get very nauseous from other vitamins. So that's a win here.

This has all the recommended daily values that I'm looking for in a women's multivitamin. I did take one star off because the pill does have a scent to it and it is on the larger side which makes it hard to swallow sometimes. Like any multivitamin, you want to make sure that you take this with some food in your stomach to prevent nausea. I like to take it at the end of the day.

Easiest to swallow, very smooth though. The smell isn't strong so you have a sensitive nose. These are good. When I take these, I do feel like I have more energy throughout the day and they sit well of my stomach. Unlike other pills.
