Directions

Great formula.
I love the ingredients in this formula and the fact that they're iiquid gels, so easy to swallow and absorbed quickly into my system. Hopefully they will come out with a 55+ formula, but until then I am very happy with these.

Softgels Break-Rancid Smell
The softgels break in the bottle. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me a new bottle...terrible rancid smell again...when I inspected the softgels one by one, two of them had separated and the contents spilled out.

Been using for about a year
Love this product, honestly feel like it benefits me when I take them! I wish I knew more about them and how they really supplement but I definitely feel Ike they do! I feel great and always have lots of energy taking these. It will make you pee green but that's okay haha.. I don't eat my vegetables so I figure this is better than nothing, considering the ingredients. Full of vegetables, which you can taste but only for half a second.
