The AN Zero Caffeine Pre-Workout starts with the classic blend of 3g of L-Citrulline, 1.6g of Beta-Alanine, 1.25g of Betaine, 1g of Taurine, and electrolytes from sodium and potassium. Directions
Mix 1-2 Scoops (13g per scoop) with cold water (6-8oz. per scoop) and consume 15-30 minutes prior to exercise. Vary amount of liquid to preferred taste. Use only as directed. Scoops are estimate only, weighing scales are recommended.
