Caused hair loss

Have used for about 9 years.

I started using when my blood test showed elevated triglycerides. The gym, reduction of simple carbs, and a tablespoon every morning in my glass of orange juice cut my triglycerides in half.

I buy this product about every 40 days.

Easy and pleasant to consume

Those unable to swallow pills, this is for you! No fishy taste, pleasant to take. High concentration of Omega 3 without having to consume numerous pills as with cheaper brands. Because of chronic dry eyes, I need to take 1800 mg of Omega 3 and only two doses fulfill my daily requirement. The only con is that there's a little waste each time pouring from the bottle.

Great Product!

My family and I take this daily. The flavor is great and both my 7 and 10 year old take it without incident. They prefer this over the Omega Gummies I purchased for them :)

We began taking to boost our immunity and to supplement our diet. We feel great and rarely get ill. If we do we noted that the recovery time seems improved.

Your grandmother was right, take your cod liver oil!

Good taste, effective

This brand comes recommended by my chiropractor. A great source of Omega 3 for me, since I have none in my regular diet. I've been using this product for nearly a year now with zero problems and I believe it's helped me to feel better and recover faster from my training runs. Usually I take it with a spoon, then chase it with water or juice, so there is little or no taste. Great product, highly recommended over other brands.

Use it every day

The effectiveness of omega 3 is reduced if the oil goes rancid, and rancid liquid will stink bad. You can't tell if it's locked into a pill. Keep your oil refrigerated, don't schedule delivery on hot days, check for rancid. I have never had trouble with Nordic Naturals quality or Vitaminshoppe delivery.

My kids and I take this every day. I don't have a problem with the taste, the kids however prefer the strawberry flavor.
