Capsule convenience
I take the.mushroom blend powder in my morning coffee, my husband will not. It is very convenient to have this blend in a capsule form so he can take those without a problem. It's also great that they're in a vegetarian capsule so if I should run out of my powder I can also take these. I like to believe this blend is helping us both.

Helps with the brain fog
