    Pair with Ultimate Omega 2X
    Unflavored phospholipids from herring roe supplement with omega 3s is a great product from Nordic Naturals. I take it - half daily doses - with their Ultimate Omega 2X. Dr. Chris McGlory did research at McMaster showing muscle benefits if omega 3s are combined with exercise and protein intake. Phospholipids may make the omegas more bioavailable. Wish this product was stocked at local health food stores so I did not have to order it online.
