Meh flavor
Cookies and cream flavor just tastes like vanilla with bits of stale chocolate "cookies". Unfortunately the cookie bits are hard and don't mix well. They also don't taste like anything. I wouldn't buy this flavor or recommend it.

Doesnt mess with my movement...
One of the only brands that doesn't just go through me in an hour or so. Other brands, regardless of whey concentrate, isolate or hydro, Im sitting on the throne juicing it out. Granted its more of a me thing since Im lactose sensitive (not intolerant). Total bro science but feels like Im absorbing all the whey protein instead of flushing it down the toilet (pun intended). Could improve of the flavor. IMO this is brand's cookies n cream is my least favorite out of all of them, but because my stomach seems to enjoy it, I give it 5 stars.

Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard

Good flavor
I really like this flavor. The only probably is you cannot really mix it with anything else to make other smoothies. So you are limited to only having cookies and cream. But overall it tastes great and dissolved very easily.
