Better than expected
I needed an immunity booster, especially going into cold & flu season. So far I have picked up less of the "bugs" going around at work and just feel all around better than I have in months.

It works
I take Irish Sea Moss Gel on a regular basis to help with hypothyroidism. But it's hard to travel with. So I purchased this as a temporary replacement. It works great. I haven't felt weak or fatigued since taking it (symptom of hypothyroidism). If your accustomed to the sea moss taste, then this will be fine for you. Highly Recommend.
