Want Valerian? Don't buy this
I opened the bottle and this does not smell like it should if it's Valerian tincture
I'm very familiar with the smell of Valerian in capsule pill form as well as tincture.
If you want Valerian in a tincture, buy some thing else.
This is a waste of money if you want Valerian

Works like a charm! I've been using melatonin for years for work nights until finding out about the negative long term effects. I would say this is works just as well if not better. However, I would have to say the smell and taste is VERY strong, so buyer beware.

Peri-menopausal broken sleep SOLVED
I am experiencing the wonderful symptoms of hormonal imbalances associated with peri-menopause. This includes; high anxiety and broken sleep. I have tried, calming herbs such as camomile and lavender as well as CBD+melatonin but nothing kept me asleep. Then I found valerian root, which for me, has been the only solution to keeping me asleep. The trouble with all other natural sleep aids was it?s ability to keep me asleep and I would wake up at 3:00am WIDE AWAKE, while thinking thoughts that didn?t serve me. I am incredibly healthy, and lucky enough to have a gynecologist who was reluctant to put me on low dose estrogen to treat the symptoms of peri menopause. I was happy to hear this natural supplement could support my needs. Not going to lie, it smells like a FOOT. Not a regular foot, like a cheesy, stinky, sweaty foot. But when your desperate for sleep you look past it and get it done, I hope this helps any woman (or person) in this situation because it has really helped me. There is no price I wouldn?t pay to have a good nights sleep so I?m glad this affordable solution worked.
Side Note: I take Garden of Life Dr. Formulated CBD+Sleep along with Valerian Root to fall asleep.

Potent Formula
I love this concentrated extract. I use it every evening and it helps me get to sleep earlier. I also use it during the day if something stresses me out.

Won't order again
The smell is overpowering and the taste is... expected. The dilution suggested is not effective, and the extract is too unpleasant to use in less dilution or sublingual.

Tastiest Valerian Root on the market!
Love this stuff. Not only does it help me sleep like a baby (and I’m 69) but it tastes great too. Normally valerian root is stinky and tastes weird, but this one tastes awesome!

Is this safe to give a one year who is 30 lbs.? What is the dosage?

Best Answer:  I know I've given it to my daughter when she was even younger (but only once or twice). I don't know if its ok for evey child. You should check with a more knowledgeable person. That being said, the dose I take is two dropperfuls. So I divided that amount by my weight and came to a per lb dosage. Then I adjusted the amount I gave to her accordingly. Again, please check with a doctor. It worked fine for my daughter but every child is different.
