Awesome....Simply Awesome
I thought lemon balm calmed me down (it does!), but this Kava?? Wow. I take it at night before bed and drift off. So happy I came across this product!

Helps me become sleepy
If I don't have melatonin on hand, I can use Kava and it also helps me to become sleepy. Works pretty quickly too since it's in liquid form. Another thing I like about it being in liquid form, is it I wake up in the middle of the night, I can easily take another dose and go back to sleep :)

Helps me feel overall at ease
This is my go to as I am reducing my prescription anxiety medication dosage.
It makes me feel overall more at ease.
No sedative effects. The taste is sweet almost like a honey or syrup.

I have only used them a few times so far, but it definitely seems to help me relax after a stressful shift.

It doesn't work
It taste awful, but you can easily disguise it with a sweet drink. It has no effect on me. I've been to Kava bars in Hawaii' (long ago), and there the Kava had great efficiency. This tincture results in zero effects for me. Bummer.
