Best Answer:  My wife is 52 and started a routine of supplements. As long as she stays on a regular dosage, then yes I believe that this helps.But do not take my word alone, do a search of Pros-and_cons of any product since not everyone has the same results.

what are some side effects of this product?

Best Answer:  I have not experienced any side effects at all. I take it every evening at the same time along with Evening Primrose with 8 to 10 oz of water. No upset stomach or rash or anything. I will tell you that if you are experiencing night sweats, they will dissipate in approximately 10 days of use. Drinking lots of water at our age is a good thing too. Good luck

Best Answer:  Yes! There are only phyto-ingredients in this one, no chemical produced hormones. If you over do the plant based estrogen, your body will flush what it doesn't need. I use a Rhonda Allison product that has phyto-estrogen in it and I like how it compliments with the other supplements I take.

Does this help with perimenopausal weight gain?

Best Answer:  I'm not sure if it helps or not but there is just no substitute for weight bearing and aerobic exercise and lots of fruits and veggies for controlling weight. I weigh 4 pounds more than I did when I was 20 and my bones show no deterioration in my scan even though I am 71. And the endorphins from exercise are the best for improving mood!

Thanks. My diet is balanced and I do at least a 45 minutes workout 3-5 times per week at the gym & I'm talking intense workout, not treadmill time. This is in addition to a daily mile long walk at a moderate enough pace to break a sweat. So neither of those is an issue for me.

Best Answer:  Yes, I believe it does. I have used this product for quite some time in conjunction with the Kokoro balance creme and find them to be quite effective for menopausal symptoms.

Best Answer:  I don't recall exactly how long it was before I began to notice a difference, but I'd say within a month or two. I have night sweats and hot flashes less often, and my mood is brighter. I'd try it for 2-3 months at least.

Best Answer:  The label instructions say to be taken "preferably with a meal" so I understand that to mean any meal regardless of time of day / just not on an empty stomach. Hope this helps!
