A cabinet full of supplements can get very expensive very quickly. That being said this product is definitely an affordable essential to take everyday. You may not feel like it’s working but try it for at least 3 months then stop and see how you feel after a week. The benefits will show later. Great product from a great company

I've taken alot of probiotic formulas, but this is the first time I had problems. I should have taken a closer look at the ingredients. I thought i was just taking some freeze dried yogurt. However, this product contains inulin. After a week i felt horrible. I had abdominal pains, bloating and loss of appetite. Probably, the worst i felt in a long time.

Best Answer:  I find the Probiotic Complex very good. It aids digestion and bloating and also helps regularity. It doesn't need to be refrigerated as many other products of a similar nature do,

Hi...I have trouble swallowing large pills, what size would you say this pill is...and is it a capsule, caplet? I'd appreciate if someone could let me know, I hate buying products to find that I won't take them because they are too large and feel like they going to lodge in my throat! Best Answer:  They're about the size of a white Tylenol caplet. And they are capsule so are more round than flat. Try putting it in a spoonful of yogurt and just swallow the spoonful, the yogurt should help it slide down easily.

Best Answer:  Most folks with any sort of intestinal problems have an unbalanced intestinal flora. I have found the 13 billion ultimate 10 Probiotic to make a difference in how my system functions, much better than any single strain. In fact, I ran out for a week recently and noticed that my digestive system was more sluggish and my elimination system less regular. Depending on your symptoms, you may want to work your way up to 13 Billion.

This product states its "multi-strain", but doesnt state how many strains it is. I read an article about probiotics and it said that you need at least five different strains in the probiotic to be effective. so my question is, How many strains are in this particular item?

Best Answer:  Click on "Supplement Facts" on the Web site. It lists the strains: L.ACIDOPHILUS, L.PLANTARUM, L.BULGARICUS, BIFIDOBACTERIUM BIFIDUM, STREPTOCOCCUS THERMOPHILUS. So that's five strains.

Best Answer:  Yes, you need to get the "good" bacteria back in your intestine after antibiotics. Your symptoms could be caused by lack of this good bacteria and probiotics put this good bacteria back in your intestine. Your body can't work right without it.
