Kevin...I highly recommend this product. I had to have a hysterectomy at a very early age and it completely screwed up my body. I finally found a physician that performs bioidentical hormone replacement (you should check into this too as most men have low testosterone which contributes to the problems you are having. I had such severe adrenal fatigue that my doctor was extremely concerned...within 6 months of continually taking this product my adrenal fatigue has all but disappeared and my cortisol levels (which were awful) are near perfect !   It is definitely going to help your adrenal fatigue by normalizing the cortisol levels. Mine were high. Maybe it will raise yours to normal. I added B Complex, vit C and took melatonin as lack of sleep also causes adrenal fatigue.

  It's the "maybe" it will raise cortisol levels to normal that is a concern! Honestly, if they were reduced further I'd be concerned about Addison's. Teri, were your cortisol levels elevated also?

  I can not help you, because the bottle was damaged and I sent it back. But I did find something which helps lower cortisol called Rhodolia Rosa. I use the Pure brand. Good luck

  I do not have an answer for this question, because I have no knowledge of medicines and supplement interaction.

But I would make two suggestions for you...

First option, I would suggest you take a copy of Adrenal Fatigue Fighter ingredients and go to your pharmacist; and ask him or her if any of those ingredients would affect your hypothyroid medicine. They may be able to give you the proper answer.

Second option, if your physician is knowledgeable about homeopathic alternatives and supplements and traditional medicines maybe they could also give you an answer, especially since they prescribed the hypothyroid medicine for you.

  I take thyroid meds also. I have no problems taking Adrenal. My doctor has not seen any adverse reactions to my system.

  As a standard you should consult with your doctor when adding supplements to your regiment. I was diagnosed as hypothyroid but have chosen not to take a prescription medicine so I was not concerned with any interactions with taking this supplement. These are all natural ingredients so I wouldn't think it would cause any issues for you. You could try and contact the company for more information if you're uneasy about trying it.

  Although I cannot imagine why not, especially in the recommended doses, the product label does say see a doctor if pregnant or nursing. But you would need a doctor who is well versed in alternative medicine. Most docs would probably just say no and the manufacturer Has to say this on the label. This is a wonderful product, much better for you than any other kind of 'stimulant' you might get from a doctor or over the counter chemical product, like those 'energy' drinks. The herbs in this product are not stimulants, they are balancers. Big difference.

  My husband is 64, he also takes the medication you take and blood pressure meds also. He takes 1 Adrenal in the morning and 1 in the afternoon with no problems at all. He is a truck driver and Adrenal seems to give him that small boost he needs. He does not drink soda or coffee. I take 1 in the morning 6am and 1 at noon. I do drink coffee and are on meds. I drive 1 hour to work and back and also work a 8 1/2 day. The Adrenal gives keeps me from getting tired. I do not take it in the evening, but to help me sleep I do take Valerian Root 1000 mg in the evening.
