  I do not have a good answer for your question, but I would like to thank you. I did not know there was a limit. I take Butterbur for alleries. I have taken it everyday for years. Guess I need more info too.

  Honestly, I never found this to help. But if you are taking for prevention,you would need to take it everyday. What I found that seems to work is a Bcomplex supplement. Sorry I could not be more helpful..GL:)

  Yes, you need to cycle off for 1 week, then continue taking it every day. Also it is better if you take magnesium 200 mg at night with it.

  Not 100% sure but most likely yes. I used this product for a good four or five years without negative side effects and it did help my migraines. I showed my neurologist this one, and he works with the FAA, so as a dr. he told me it was probably fine, but that the butterbur by Petadolex, also at the Vitamin Shoppe, was a safer bet because that meets FAA standards and PA free, so I use that one now.
