Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc are vital nutrients for general health, Calcium is necessary to maintain healthy bones and teeth as well as nerve impulse transmission and muscle contraction. Magnesium is also a component of bones and teeth, but also participates in numerous enzymatic reactions in the body and is intended to provide nutritive support for normal, healthy heart, muscle, nerve and circulatory function. Are you supposed to take 4 capsules at once or every six hours?

Best Answer:  I take all 4 at once with breakfast. Other brands require you split it up. This is my favorite brand and I take it each morning.

Best Answer:  There are 250 mg of calcium in one capsule. The suggested serving is 4 capsules making the suggested serving 1,000 mg. The ratio of calcium to magnesium in these capsules is 2 to 1 as is recommended.

I can't see the capsuls. How big are they?

Best Answer:  These are a smidgen smaller (like maybe 0.5mm) than "00" caps: ~15/16 in. long and 5/16 in. diameter. That is, normal, medium size. I can easily swallow a couple at a time with food or liquid.
