ZMA before bed
Helps me get better sleep, and seems to help with recovery after hard training. No negative side effects that I have noticed. Been using it about a year.

It seems to help reduce that morning grog
After using this for a month, I do believe it has helped reduce morning grogginess (Something ive struggled with for a long while). Im not 100% sure its not still placebo, and it doesnt get rid of it completely, but it has been a huge help.

Great Sleep! Test Booster? Probably not...
I started talking this after reading about it on body builder blogs related to test support / "morning wood". I have experienced more consistent deeper sleep as proven by my sleep tracker when I take ZMA. I did experience some intense dreams on the full dose, I ended up going to one pill, at which point I got the sleep benefit without crazy dreams.

Re: test support, almost immediately within couple nights of starting ZMA i had morning wood where I had not previously had it in I don't recall how long. Personally I think this is a result of better REM sleep + zinc / mag boost (I was prob deficient)...I don't think ZMA is a test booster or anything like that.

I recommend you try it, like everything it depends on individual but this is one of very few products I'm glad I tried, and will continue to take it.

I dont normally write reviews, but ZMA works well for me
I train hard three times a week, which may not sound like a lot but my body sure feels it. I've been taking ZMA off and on for the last few years and it's definitely a must for me. The only time i dont take it is when i've run out and im in between bottles. Between working, going to the gym, studying, and a child on the way, I need deep sleep to recover and not feel constantly tired. ZMA does help a little for testosterone and muscle recovery, but i mainly take it because it helps me get a deeper sleep and feel refreshed when i wake up. I take it about 30min before i go to bed. Many people don't seem to experience the same results i do, but it seems the consensus is that the majority of people do. I would definitely recommend at least trying a bottle.

A notable positive side-effect is not getting sick as often (zinc has been proven to help your immune system).
I only take a few supplements (protein, creatine on occasion, ZMA, multivitamin) because i am very choosy and don't like wasting my money, however this one makes the cut.

Oh and this is VERY important! If it smells weird, that is normal! Do not throw it away.

Works as it says. I've noticed that when I have a full stomach from eating too late, its takes longer for the me to fall asleep. It usually takes me about 30 minutyes or so to drift off and I've never experienced any weird dreams etc. I'm 35 years old, 6'0 and weigh 210 lbs.

Best Answer:  I’ve taken ZMA for year and have never experienced hair loss. Its just three vitamins that have been shown to possibly help with your natural testosterone release while you sleep. Those vitamins are Zinc, Magnesium Aspartate and Vitamin B6

Best Answer:  This has nothing to do with treating any kind of ADD. If you think you have attention deficit disorder you should speak to a doctor; start with your primary care physician and get a referral for a specialist. This product is for nutrition supplements and frankly doesnt have much of an effect at all. Go with fish oil instead

Well, I'm no expert but any medications taken should consider asking your doctor before mixing additional vitamins and/or minerals. Specially high amounts of the recommended as ZMA. or any other products. This itemt is meant to raise testosterone and help you sleep better at night. If sleeping is what you are looking for look more into natural solution. It is recommended to take a mix of dried cherries and walnuts or a glass of red whine before going to bed.
