I usually take magnesium at night to promote restful sleep and for muscular pain . This brand got my attention because it promises better absorption and and also contains zinc for immune support and selenium antioxidant . I have been taking it for 20 days. I can tell it is working making me relaxed and sleeping well. Also it does leave metallic taste after taking like other most of the brands.

I have been taking magnesium for a while, but when I saw that this supplement also has zinc and selenium, I was very intrigued. I am not a doctor, but I've heard great things about both selenium and zinc and am always looking for ways to improve my overall health. I can't say I notice any immediate or direct results from this supplement, but I like to think that it has been helping with my sleep and immune system. These pills are pretty large, so if you prefer gel caps or have difficulty taking pills, this is to be considered!

This is a nice mineral mix with the magnesium, selenium, and zinc, all support bone and nerve and immune system health. As always these kinds of pills are a little too large for me, but that's a general trend for vitamins and minerals it seems. It's hard to report exact benefits, but I have not noticed any downsides and the quality seems good.
