This was a good buy for me
I started taking these vitamins recently and I feel I have more energy. That may have something to do with the fact that I'm also sleeping better as a result of the magnesium. I will definitely stay on these vitamins. The pill is large but I have no problem swallowing it.

Good formula but difficult to swallow
I love this brand and take some of their other supplements but I am giving this Magnesium Selenium Zinc a lower rating due to how difficult the large tablet is to swallow. I love the formula but it is painful to swallow even when cut in half. I take many large 'horse pill' sized vitamins in my daily mix but this one I unfortunately have to stop.

Healthy ingredients!
Received this product complimentary from New Chapter. With how busy life has been lately, it feels like I never have any energy. After taking 1 supplement I feel a little more motivation then I usually do. I will continue to take these throughout the month! I would recommend this if you're looking for that motivation.

Perfect for recovery!
These help a ton with recovery! The magnesium also improves the quality of my sleep. I sleep for longer and get into rem sleep faster it feels like. I also like the addition of zinc for cold and flu season.. I just make sure to take it with my dinner! Gifted by New Chapter.

Definitely noticed a difference
These magnesium+ selenium and zinc tablets were gifted to me by newchapter for free in exchange for my honest review. I have been looking for a supplement that was meant for post-workout and this one delivered. It is packed with minerals that are easy to absorb and helps my body recover from vigorous workout. My muscle have been more relaxed and I am also able to sleep better while having energy during the day

This vitamins are really big size . If you have any problems with swallowing or just don't like big pills , this will not be a good size for you . But overall I like this brand and vitamins . Definitely recommend. *complimentary from newchapter

Best vitamins
The magnesium+selenium & zinc tablets are incredible for your health and wellness especially if you are trying your improve your physical health. It definitely is a fast absorbing vitamin that has a very decent dosage of magnesium, zinc and selenium so it's good for pre workout and recovery. I also know these ingredients are good for hair growth, sleep and overall health. Offered by new chapter.

I wanted to try this product to help with getting a good seep & lowering my heart rate. I do feel like I slept well while using this supplement. However, I noticed I began feeling lightheaded the day after I started taking it.

A must have
Offered by New Chapter I was looking for a supplement that contains all the mineral I need since a long time and than I found this. Not exaggerating but I was taking a lot of supplements separately and they were costing me a lot zinc and magnesium are very essential some people don't realize if you have health issues or you workout you need them even for anxiety magnesium works like wonders. They give me instant energy I have no leg cramps issues since I'm taking them. I highly recommend them checking out.
