Directions

Misleading labeling
I wish I'd studied the details on this product more closely. Although it's labeled as Calcium and Magnesium Citrate, if you look at the ingredients list, it says "Magnesium oxide, citrate." In ingredient lists, items are listed in the order of how much is present in the product, so this is mostly magnesium oxide, the cheap kind of magnesium that is not well-absorbed by the body. Magnesium citrate is what I wanted and I won't be ordering this again.

Got this because it contains both calcium and magnesium citrate. The downside is having to take 5 tablets a day as one dose.

PERFECT for nursing moms
I am a nursing mother. During certain times of the month, nursing will be uncomfortable, and my supply will dip. So I googled remedies, and discovered the Calcium/Magnesium supplements help. This product is awesome!!! Ever since I have been taking it, I haven't had any issues with pain or supply...As an added bonus, it helps with bowel movement regularity. HIGHLY recommended. Take 3 at night, and 2 in the morning.

Best calcium product on the market. It is calcium citrate that is easily absorbed with the 2:1 ratio of CA to Mg receommmended. Easy to swallow. Take 3 at night and two in the morning. Effective, and help also to keep bowels moving due to correct ratio of CA to MG.

My doctor advised me to take this. I spent 32 years in the military retired at age 60, still passing physical fitness test. I am 63 and still could pass a physical fitness test for the army. I take b complex 50, multi vitamin, vit C and iron once a day, all are water soluble. All are sogar products
