It's vitamins
The product works well and the price is fair. I don't have any weird side affects and the I can tell the difference when I don't take the vitamins.

Twice Daily (iron free) is great
Vitamins should be taken Twice Daily (you eat more than once a day, don't you?) Like the iron free option. I have been using this product for years.

i am a retired chiropractor and in my opinion this is the best multi vitamin/mineral for ingredients and value. i only take one, (half a dose ) because i generally eat healthy foods. and iron free, because i am an adult male. my entire family uses these.

Best Answer:  You just follow package directions. You can take two with any meal of the day. OR, you can do what my husband does--he takes one in the morning and one after dinner. Two a day is what's important.
