    Great Multivitamin with lots of B's!
    This is an all around great multivitamin that contains 75 mg of all the B vitamins that are so helpful for stress and so much more. I got the vegetarian capsule but it is also available in a regular tablet. You really do get a lot for your money from a trusted company like Solgar.
