Lack of transparency
You publish Prop 65 heavy metals concentrations from third party analysts for other products you sell. But you do not from this product. Why? I understand these are in many foodstuffs. Are you afraid consumers will stop purchasing your products?

Brand new container literally half full
Powder itself is fine. Shrinkflation nonsense is ridiculous. I opened a brand new container and it is half full of protein powder. Don't lie to your customers, stop wasting plastic, and maybe I'd consider purchasing again. Otherwise I'll look elsewhere.

Supremely disappointed by the change in recipe
I bought this for the first time on sale at the store a few months ago and fell in love--it was everything I was looking for in a protein powder: it was plant based, organic, tasted so good, mixed well, and helped me meet my nutrition goals. When I came to the website a few weeks ago to repurchase, I read that the recipe had recently changed, hence why it was on sale when I purchased originally. Not the best taste but works
I like all the ingredients and it gets the job done but if you're big on taste and texture I wouldn't recommend. It's a struggle to drink/eat.
