Directions

Best Answer:  I would have no idea why they are sending this question to me? How am I supposed to know why it has lead in it? Ask the company that makes it. I only ordered it once and haven't since.

Best Answer:  the package does not indicate that they are. They are little green round tablets about 1/2 " across- not capsules- but they are small enough for me to swallow

The warning on this product states that it contains LEAD - why does the Vitamin Shoppe would carry this product and allow the customer to buy this supplement that may cause health problems or even kill one on the long run?

Best Answer:  The warning you are seeing is a Prop 65 warning. This is a blanket statement for products set forth by the state of California. At The Vitamin Shoppe, our customer's health, safety, and peace of mind are our top priority. The labeling law called Proposition 65 or Prop 65 applies to every business in California. Prop 65 requires a label or sign on or near any item that contains a chemical the state of California considers known to cause cancer or reproductive harm.
