  To strictly answer your question as stated, it is made with cocoa powder. Cocoa powder doesn’t come in “milk” or “dark” in the same way a bar of chocolate might. In case you’re asking what the chocolate flavor is like, I’ll answer that too. When I mix this with water, the resulting chocolate flavor comes across as something relatively middle of the road in terms of bitterness/sweetness, maybe like a standard semi-sweet chocolate chip. Could be different if you mix it with milk. Never tried.It is one of my favorite flavors from TL. Really nice balance of chocolate, mint, and sweetness, imo. I hope that makes sense, and I hope that helps.
