Extremely Effective and Palatable

Prior to my doctor recommending this product, I had never found a fish oil that didn't give me awful fish burps. Despite being fit (10k-per-day) and eating healthy, I have had high cholesterol my entire life. Was told it was hereditary. Turns out that was complete BS. This fish oil was the only change in my lifestyle and took me from Total 219; triglycerides 241; HDL 60; LDL 111 to Total 156; tri 38; HDL 77; LDL 78. I can't believe the difference.
