I was surprised but this actually made me feel so good. I felt energized, I was sleeping well, I felt happy and good and just overall at peace. Which I don?t remember feeling this good at all. I grabbed it off the shelf because there was a sale in the store and really didn?t believe in supplements. I also noticed it had a lot more things in it than any other multivitamin I?ve seen before. Whatever is in this is exactly what my body needed. Serving size is too much though. I knew I was peeing most of it out when my pee was neon yellow/green so instead of taking 3 huge tablets I just take 1 tablet and that seems to be perfect for me!

Haven’t found anything better
I have a health conscious friend who tends to pick apart whatever our circle tries, as far as healthy options, vitamins, and supplements. But when I showed him the product and he read every bit of the information on the label, he couldn’t find a single negative thing to say, so I won’t be switching anytime soon!

Just what I needed
I tried the Ultimate Woman Gold Multivitamin because of feeling tired, depressed and unable to sleep; I am definitely sleeping better and feeling much better. Most multivitamin that I tried didn’t have the minerals that the Ultimate Woman Gold has, I believe the added magnesium has helped with my sleeping.

I can't go a day without these vitamins!
I love these vitamins. I've been taking them for over 2 years now and i can say my body feels 100% efficient when i take them. i barely get sick and when i do that's because i forgot to purchase them and didn't have enough money so i went and bought a cheaper alternative, but in the end my body paid the price. I can't live without these. There's so much beneficial thing in the vitamin like things to support skin, hair, and nails. To b12, vitamin C etc... It supports immunity, digestion, female wellness, and eye health. What more can you ask for. You can't go wrong with these multivitamins. I suggest you buy these for yourself, your daughter, sister, mother, best friend... etc They will know you love them and want them to be healthy.

I am sorry I don't know. That is something you should discuss with your doctor. I would bring a copy of the ingredients to your doctor and ask them if it would be safe for you to take this vitamin with your current medication(s). I can tell you that after taking these vitamins my B12 level went too high--well over the normal range, so my doctor told me to to stop taking them. Before you start any new vitamin, herb, medication, etc., you should discuss it with your doctor--especially if you are sensitive to certain ingredients and have medical conditions.

Since there is green tea extract in these vitamins, do they contain any caffeine?

Best Answer:  It has 100 mg green tea extract in 3 tablets, and since it doesn't say DECAFEINATED green tea extract, I would assume it has caffeine. It is probably a very minimal amount, but it is still there. I use the Ultimate Woman 50+ and take the tablets throughout the day. I have no trouble sleeping from taking them at the evening meal and caffeine usually keeps me awake.

Best Answer:  They state on the bottle that they have a pharmaceutical glaze. I suppose that is similar to an enteric coating.
