Directions

As a “core” or foundational pre-workout supplement, take a single pack 30-45 minutes before you lift, preferably on an empty stomach. As each pack also contains your full, daily dose of creatine, take Pump every day for optimal results. On nontraining days, you can take the pack around the same time as you would if you were training. You can remove the red capsule (stims) on off days, or if you train at night.

To keep it as fresh as possible, store this product in a cool, dry place, away from heat, moisture and sunlight. You know the drill. No Pre. No B. S. Just Raw Power. ??
So I ran Animal Pump completely raw-no pre-workout, no caffeine crutch, just Pump and water. Why? I wanted to see what it really does without anything masking it. Plus, my stomach can be a little sensitive sometimes, so I wanted to test it in a real-world setting. I took it with just a Rice Krispie treat and water? and let me tell you-I was thoroughly impressed.

No nausea. No gut bomb. Just clean energy and vascularity.

What stood out the most?
?? The nitric oxide boost was insane. Veins? Poppin'.
?? My focus locked in hard, especially by the fifth use.
?? There was no crash, no burnout. The energy tapered off smooth, like it respected my nervous system.
?? And here's something I didn't expect-I didn't feel that usual mid-lift muscle fatigue or joint ache. Not saying it's magic, but my body just felt better. Stronger. Supported.

Did it make me lift heavier? Not necessarily. But it made me feel more confident in my lifts. And that's power in itself.
