Irwin Naturals: Great Mega D3 combo, easy to swallow, easy to split the dose
I'm hooked on Irwin Naturals Mega D3 combo.The dose is 2 capsules, so you can split the dose if you want.Unlike other big capsules I've had difficulty with, these are absolutely easy to swallow.True, the capsules can stick together in the bottle, but a quick rap on your hand or table shakes them loose, and they are not sticky to handle.

I like this supplement because you can take 1 capsule if you only want/need 2000 IU's of D3. The supplements do stick to the bottom, however; a quick tap on the bottom will loosen them. The supplement itself is not sticky when you handle it. I'll purchase again.

My favorite D3 supplement in pill form. Includes K2 (as Mk-7), zinc and magnesium. Large capsules but easy to swallow and no odor/flavor. Put these on auto-ship!
