We started with two other brands and then went to Georges aloe vera. It tastes almost like water. Easiest aloe Vera juice I've ever taken. And it is definitely working on my digestive system.

I have been using George's Aloe Vera for a couple years now. I have acid reflux (Gerd) and Celiac Disease. I take 2 ounces 3 times a day and it helps with my inflammation. I waited too long to try this! I wish I had tried this earlier when my shoulder was deeply frozen. It has helped my shoulder, my joints , my skin and my digestive's system. I drink 1 oz each day.   I don't believe there is inactive ingredients, however there is a small amount of sodium, also this aloe is not organic. This is the best tasting, not bitter. I have used it for years. Hope this helps you.

Can this product be used for a 4 month old baby? Also please suggest dosage.

Best Answer:  I am not any kind of qualified expert in this area, however I have grown up drinking Aloe Vera juice in small doses to help with illness and for overall well being. In turn, I have given my children 2-4 oz, servings times over the course of a day when they are not well. I dont know about infant dosing - however be aware that aloe vera does have a laxative effect.

  I always used a gel form on my skin as it is more concentrated and stays better where you put it. This product is really designed to be consumed -- when chilled, it tastes just like water (unlike other brands.) I rather like the taste of aloe vera juice, but many people do not. This is not to say that you could not use it on your skin, but I would only do so if I had no other aloe vera around.

  I don't have a definitive answer for you. However I have used this product for many years. After opening the bottle I store it in the refrigerator and have never had a problem over the ensuing months. Sometimes I have the same bottle for a year in the refrigerator and it has remained effective with no ill effects.

  I ordered three bottles a year ago. When I open one, I keep it in the refrigerator. the others are in my garage and seem to be good whenever I get to them. I've had two a year and just opened one and it was just fine.

  There is a 'best by' date on the bottle I purchased recently, 10-20-2020. So it seems it holds it's potency for around 5 years.

Can I boil the George's aloe water to make hot tea?

  This brand tastes just like water, so there is no reason to add flavor to it.

  I would not do that because heat destroys so many of the nutrients. Making sun tea would be worth a try because the water does not get that hot.

I'm concern this aloe juice is so smooth that it's just like distilled water, an not aloe. How can I be sure if this is really aloe juice. Real aloe has a bitter taste, how is it that this has no taste at all, no refrigeration necessary? It's one of those things to go to be true! I have distilled water and they taste exactly the same? What guarantee can we receive from the distributor that this is a pure product and not expensive water?
