      I've been using this product for 21/2 years for acid reflux. The product has helped tremendously. I take one capful in the morning on an empty stomach. Every now and then, I experience some acid reflux only when I've eaten too much of something that I shouldn't have. So, still monitor your diet and don't over indulge. It's great.

      Lily of the desert stomach formula
      I have been taking this for about a Month. I use to be a sweet food junky. I also had a stomach that was too fat and low energy. I still crave sweets a bit but the cravings have been greatly reduced to the point that if I see a cupcake or chocolate I can now determine that it is bad and easily walk away, where as before the cravings became so strong, all I could do was eat. Also, I feel better, and am loosing weight, because I can now eat 1/2 of my normal portion and put the fork down. I don't need snacks or binge eating. I am SOOO thankful that i found this stuff.

      Best Answer:  yes,this will help relieve your acid reflux with virtually no known side effects like prescription meds sometimes will have. This helps balance the ph in your gut, especially when sometimes you don't eat enough alkaline containing foods.
