Winter is not cold and flu season, it's a vitamin D deficiency season, I take this every day and I love it. I love that you can take it on an empty stomach because it's food-based, being immuno compromised and working with the public, this definitely helps cut back on colds, especially with the zinc added in, most people only take 2000 IUs of vitamin D, this having 5000 + zinc it's the perfect amount and combo for me. I also combine it with their raw C, I highly recommend it especially for people who don't have the strength of the sun in the winter.
