These are only 100 mg per capsule. Need four to get the recommended dose! After I took just 2, I suffered the rest of the day with stomach cramps. Disappointed.

I love this magnesium supplement and how it's a soft gel rather than a tablet. I've taken the tablets and they're just awful and hard to swallow sometimes - I feel like I need to mentally prepare to swallow huge tablets. But these are so easy to swallow! Not to mention, they work really well too. This is such a reliable brand. When you're losing weight, you need to re-supply your body with minerals, especially magnesium and sodium.
